Gamage Shipyard, a full-service boatyard in South Bristol, Maine, sits on a quiet cove on the South Bristol Gut, just off midcoast Maine's beautiful Damariscotta River and only a few nautical miles from Boothbay Harbor. Service departments include mechanical, electrical and electronics, rigging, carpentry, and a TraveLift for hauling and launching. A marina lounge, laundry, and showers are available for our customers and transient visitors. We offer summer and winter storage, including both heated or outside storage.

Gamage Shipyard was established in 1924 and built nearly 100 boats over the next half-century, including well-known schooners such as Harvey Gamage and Mary Day. Pemaquid Point Lighthouse stands just across John's Bay, Christmas Cove is around the corner, and it's only a few nautical miles to Boothbay Harbor. We have a dedicated team providing exceptional yacht services in entirely modern facilities. With a long tradition of fine Maine craftsmanship, we give each customer and each boat our completely personalized attention.
