Marine Forecast
Synopsis: Increasing winds this afternoon as an area of low pressure near the Coastal Bend slowly moves eastward. This system will help to enhance the chances for showers and isolated thunderstorms the next few days. The return of onshore winds will also bring increased moisture and warmer temperatures through the weekend. This pattern will be favorable for the development for sea fog starting tonight and persisting into Sunday evening, when the next cold front is expected to push off the coast.
